Monthly Property Checks

  • Security Checks (locks, doors, windows, shutters, curtains closed)
  • Water Checks (traps, toilets, baths, showers, sinks etc)
  • Ensuring that property is water tight & air tight (broken windows, leaks, pipes)
  • Vermin control
  • Lock box checks / key code checks
  • Lighting check (switched off)
  • Water off at mains out of season
  • Fridges / Dishwashers / Washers / Dryers
  • Radiators switched to cold weather setting

  • Pre-arrival set up (hot water, electricity etc)

We consider every property to be unique, whether bought purely for investment purposes, as the culmination of a life long dream to own a mountain property, or as an extension of the family home.

Annual Management Fee

We manage properties on an annual basis and each property is assessed on its location, size and access as well as your requirements in order that we can fairly quote an annual management fee.

Managing and caring for property in the mountains is not without its complications and curve balls.  Our goal is to provide you with transparent and fair market prices, with as much detail as possible to provide you with a clear picture of how and where your fees are spent.

We clearly cannot cover all services and eventualities in our Annual Management Fee – after all, every property and owner has their own set of requests and requirements.  Where charges are incurred we will detail them in full - if a request takes 15 minutes, that is what you will be charged for.

If we arrange third party suppliers on your behalf we will show their pricing and add a small fee to cover our costs, however any discounts are passed directly onto you, our partner and client.

Pricing

We have two price lists, a public price list for anyone (Mr or Mrs Jo Public) using our services, and an owner price list where we are able to pass onto our regular customers discounted rates.

All of our managed properties pay an annual management fee, however those that are rented for a minimum period with our sister companies, Première Neige, Première Summer or Première Vélo will enjoy a discounted annual management fee.

Access To Our 'Premiere Service' Owner Services

All of our owners also enjoy access to our Première Service Owner Services, these are varied and very much the same as offered to guests of Première Neige our sister ski holiday company and we hope very useful.

Our philosophy is that the more services we can provide in resort the better for all, we want this to be a win-win situation, our owners get improved quality and useful services, which in turn allows us to provide services over a longer period of time.
